Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion. ~Bell Hooks

STOP + SMELL THE ROSES

We’ve all heard that phrase, right? And probably experienced the sense of calm and contentment that comes when you do indeed...stop and smell the roses. What you might not realize is that when you inhale the lovely aroma of a rose, you are practicing aromatherapy, and what you’re smelling are the natural aromatic compounds, or essential oils, found within its petals. I think we can all agree that it is virtually impossible to be stressed out, or angry while smelling rose, and this is the whole premise behind aromatherapy.

Indeed, essential oils are more than just pretty smells. When you breathe in these aromatic compounds, the molecules travel through your olfactory bulb, catalyzing a cascade of neurological and physiological responses that can powerfully support your mind, body and spirit wellbeing.

Deciding which oils to use for what purpose can be confusing and overwhelming, and there are so many factors to take into consideration. I know, because this is exactly how I felt when I first started researching, while the few essential oils I did have sat in my cupboard because I had no idea what to do with them

Imagine having the support of someone who has already done all the work and research for you? Someone who has extensive training in herbalism and aromatherapy. Someone who knows how to guide you in learning which oils to use to support your healing and growth, who can show you aromatherapy protocols that can support with creating healthy boundaries, deepening your intuition and connection to the plant spirits, meditation and spiritual practices, and assisting with prep and integration for deep plant medicine work.

I am committed to empowering you on your journey with essential oils.

And your real education begins when you have your oils in hand. Ready to purchase?
