Meditation is the foundation for it all. The Reyna Collective peer to peer meditation support community is closed indefinitely. However, you can find all of Nicole’s guided meditation recordings on SoundCloud and Insight Timer. Find a cozy and quiet nook in your living space and adorn it with some beautiful items like shells, stones, crystals, fresh or dried flowers, and/or inspiring images. Try meditating for just three minutes per day to start. After you meditate, write down three things for which you are grateful, and three beings to whom you would like to send a little extra loving-kindness. Do this daily for 30 days, and I assure you, you will feel the difference. Remember: our meditation practice is not at the patriarchal, capitalist pace of constant productivity and busyness. Just 3 minutes per day can be revolutionary!
