“Dear Nicole, as grumpy teenagers we are very often uncertain about trying new things and having new experiences. When we were first told that we were gonna have a ‘sound bath’ we looked at each other with strange and confused faces, not knowing the great out-of-body situation we were about to go through. It’s crazy to think that 3 simple notes were the only ones played throughout the session, since it felt more like a hundred different crystal bowls, vibrating in harmony like an orchestra.
