Reiki is a hands on energy healing modality that is powerfully, yet gently supportive of mind, body and spirit well-being. Your session will be tailored to your personal needs and goals and can be everything from deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, cathartic; to illuminating and insightful. Your Reiki treatment includes an intention setting check in, as well as an energy reading and integration chat, as the Reiki energy often brings forth images and messages that support clients with getting to the energetic and emotional root of an issue. If you feel that you may need additional time to process, I suggest booking a 90 minute session, also I am available for reduced price post-session phone integration sessions. Frequency of booking is ultimately up to the individual, but for general wellbeing my recommendation is seasonally including the cross-quarter seasons, or 8 sessions a year. For more specific, targeted support, I would recommend once a month for a period of at least 6 months and then reassess together.
